Apoptosis detection application(FCM):

Centrifugate and collect the Suspension cells,discard the medium.

2. Washing cells twice with PBS. Suspending cells again with 400ul 1x Binding Buffer to make the concentration to 1X10⁶ cells/ml;
3. Add 5ul Annexin V-FITC to the Suspension cells. Gently mix the solution and incubate it for 10~20mins at 2~8℃away from light;
4. Then add 10ul Propidium iodide. Gently mix the solution and incubate it for 5mins at 2~8℃away from light;

Then analyse using FACS or Fluorescence microscope within 1 hour.
