描述
通过 PicoGreen® dsDNA 定量分析，可以在含有 ssDNA、RNA 和游离核苷酸的样品中检测低至 25 pg/ml 的 dsDNA (1)。该分析在三个数量级范围内呈线性，并且具有较低的序列依赖性，因而可以准确测量多种来源的 DNA，包括基因组 DNA、病毒 DNA、小量提取 DNA 或 PCR 扩增产物。 PicoGreen® dsDNA 定量试剂 (PicoGreen® dsDNA Quantitation Reagent) 具有如下特点：
