Biotinylated Protein A (Biotinylated Protein A ) Ala 2 - Cys 293 was labeled with biotin based on Protein A Protein, (Cat # RPA-S3149), which was produced in E.coli cells at ACROBiosystems.
MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
Mouse SCF is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 19.1 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Lys 26. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 19-30 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to different glycosylation.
