异种移植肿瘤模型 （病人瘤块）实验方案：1） 取病人瘤块，切成小块，皮下接种瘤块；2） 动物每日监测，观察日常行为表现。利用游标卡尺每周测量三次肿瘤面积（长×宽），肿瘤体积以公式（长 ×宽2)/2计算。3） 取不同时间点血样作检测用；4） 实验结束后收取肿瘤组织作病理分析或体外检测。
Brief protocol of Patient derived xenograft model:1）The experiments will involve implanting a fragment of tumor tissue subcutaneously in the flank area of a mouse using a 10 - 18 gauge trocar (for minced or fragments). The subcutaneous implanted tumor inoculums will have a maximum volume of 0.3 ml.2）Animals will be observed daily and monitored a minimum of 2 to 3 times weekly for tumor size and/or body weight. Mice with tumors will be sacrificed if the tumor weight is greater than 20% of the mean body weight in the treatment group. 3）Blood samples may be collected manually at various time points. 4）Tissue may be harvested for histological or in vitro analysis at the end of the study.
