Stability : | The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20oC. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least six weeks at 2-8oC or for at least six months at -20oC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution: | Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. |

Elisa | In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μl/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant human IFN-γ when used with PeproTechs biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IFN-γ (500-P32Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 μg/ml. |
Western Blot | To detect hIFN-γ by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIFN-γ is 1.0-3.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. |
