detecting Alternanthera mosaic virus (AltMV) and Papaya mosaic virus (PapMV) in their respective hosts. Agdias AltMV/PapMV ELISA was developed using PapMV antibodies that demonstrate high immunological affinity for AltMV, a closely related virus to PapMV. Both pathogens belong to the Potexvirus family.
