Recombinant Human CD36 Protein (rhCD36) Gly 30-Asn 439 (Accession # NP_001001547.1) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) at ACRObiosystems.
MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
rh CD146 /MCAM Fc Chimera is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 85.9 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Val 24. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 120-130 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rhCD36 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind rhTSP2/His with a linear range of 0.01-1 μg/mL.
PURITY
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
ENDOTOXIN
Less than 1.0 EU per μg of the rh CD36 by the LAL method.
