ATCC7469菌株:由一个独立分离的单细胞系培养而成的纯遗传型群体及其一切后代,一种微生物的每一个不同来源的纯培养物均可称为该菌种的一个菌株。

标准菌株的培养传代
长久保存的菌种在启用时,要经移种至适宜的培养基上进行培养,待生长后再行移种,如此连续2~3 次,甚至多次,直至出现典型的形态和生化特征为止。
保存的菌种须按规定时间进行传代,以保证菌株的活力,菌株的传代次数(自原始菌种冻干粉起)一般不得超过5 次。
在检查或保存菌种过程中,遇有形态构造上有变异或污染菌等情况,需进行菌种移植分离培养以得到纯菌。
移植传代时须核对编号、传代次数、传代日期、所用培养基等并记录。每次移植传代后,要与原种的编号、名称核对,检查培养特征无误时方可再继续保存。
传代次数必须控制,传代次数越多,突变的机率越大。因此要尽量少传代,必须根据菌种保存情况规定最多传代次数。
