Recombinant Human IL-27 Protein complex (rhIL27) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) at ACRObiosystems.
MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
rh IL20RB Fc Chimera is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 49.1 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Asp 30. As a result of glycosylation, DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 50 kDa and non-reduced protein migrates as 100 kDa in SDS-PAGE .
BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rhIL-27 at 20 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human IL-27Ra with a linear ranger of 0.032 - 1.2 μg/ml.
PURITY
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
ENDOTOXIN
Less than 1.0 EU per μg of the rh IL27 by the LAL method.
