Some of nucleotides in the sequence track CGTTTAAACT TAAGCTTG couldbe disappeared, but AGCTT should be remained in the clone, or how didyou cut off the insert, excepted that there is another Hind III sitein the insert. You need to upload your gel pictures with those enzyme digestions. |

左面的4个是酶切后的“重组质粒”，质粒大小3000左右，目的片段大概1670左右，最左面是2000的dna marker |

我觉得是因为有些片段出现质粒断裂导致的结果 你可以多挑几个去测序试试 |
