游客	举报 2012-03-29 00:06 The issue is not the use of different kinds of reverse transcriptases, it is an issue of how to amplify the stem-loop containing RNA. In fact many different kinds of commercial reverse transcriptases are working in the reaction, but none is stem-loop miRNA specific.
