TH对垂体ACTH影响通过:1、通过影响外周皮质醇代谢间接影响ACTH释放(TH分泌增多 患者BMI增加 经常性处于饥饿状态胆固醇合成减少,类固醇合成减少)。2、直接影响中枢ACTH释放。即TH增加ACTH释放继而皮质酮释放增多。
晚期减少的原因则和抗甲亢药物有关,或者垂体ACTH合成原料不足等原因。


The data are interpreted to suggest 2 independent effects of thyroid hormone upon pituitary ACTH activity: 1) an indirect effect through its influence on the peripheral metabolism of cortisol mediated by the negative feedback mechanism on the magnitude of ACTH secretion, and 2) a direct effect on the central nervous system centers regulating ACTH release.
