首届试剂行业盛会
Collection of Excellent Product, Communication on Industry Information,
Platform for Mutual Cooperation, First Conference of Reagent Industry
由中国分析测试协会和国际半导体设备与材料协会主办，中国分析测试协会试剂与应用技术分会（筹）和北京理化分析测试技术学会承办的“第一届国际试剂与应用技术报告会及展览会” 将于2009年11月25日至28日在北京展览馆举办。本次大会将邀请有关专家学者就试剂前沿技术、标准化及我国试剂现状和发展规划等作大会报告，并将安排精彩的专题学术报告。大会将第一次大规模集中展示我国近年来分析、生化、临床检验试剂以及各类特种试剂、中间体、电子化学品、实验室用化学品、标准物质的最新产品和研究成果。
本届会议组委会热诚欢迎试剂研究、生产、使用、销售、检测及关心试剂发展的人士前来北京参加化学试剂领域的这一盛会。
Sponsored by China Association for Instrumental Analysis and semiconduct or Equipment and Materials International, organized by Reagent and Application Technology Branch of China Association for Instrumental Analysis and Beijing Physical & Chemistry Testing Technology Society, the 1st International Conference and Exhibition on Reagent and Application Technology will be held on Nov. 25-28 ,2009 at Beijing Exhibition Center in Beijing.
This conference and exhibition will invite experts and leaders to make reports on the leading reagent technology, standardization, the status of China reagent industry and its development. Splendid academic reports will also be arranged. The exhibition area is about 6000㎡, and it will be the first large scale collection of China latest products and research results on reagents of analysis, bio-chemistry, clinical test, and other special reagent, intermediate, electronic chemical product, lab-chemical product and standard substance.
The organizing committee will warmly welcome all, who dedicate to the reagent research, production, usage, sales, testing and development, to come to Beijing and participate in this conference of chemical reagent industry.

International standard stand（3m×3m）[smaller than 9㎡ is not accepted]
国内企业12800元（人民币）/展位/展期，光地：1200元（人民币）/㎡
Fee for Chinese enterprise is 12,800 RMB.
境外企业32800元（人民币）/展位/展期, 光地：3000元（人民币）/㎡
Fee for foreign enterprise is 32,800 RMB.

2、展台装修、产品运输/constructing of exhibition stand and transportation of products：
为搞好参展的展台装修和展品运输，我会将指定专业的展览装修公司和运输公司，作为本会的展台装修代理和运输代理，届时他们将会以一流的水平为参展厂商服务。
We will appoint professional exhibition construction and transport company as the agent to provide the high-class service for the participants.
3、参展流程/procedures：
（1）、请认真填写《参展报名表》加盖公章后寄送或传真至承办单位
Fill the Application Form of Participation with a seal, then mail or fax it to the organizing committee.
（2）、展位安排以“先报名、先付款，先安排”的原则，报名厂商未按规定时间付款，组织单位视其自动取消参展申请，所订展位不予保留。组织单位保留最终展位调配权。
The position arrangement for exhibition stands is based on the principle of “first apply and pay, first get”. If participant does not pay on time, its application and stand position reservation will be automatically cancelled. The organizing committee will keep the right of final adjustment for the exhibition stands.
（3）、举办方将在收到回执表后与参展商签订展位预定协议，发送参展通知书。
The exhibition organizers send out the invitation to the participant just after receiving the return receipt and finishing the engage contract with the applicant.
4、免费服务项目/Free Service Items：
（1）、展会《会刊》内页300字企业文字介绍；
Participant’s introduction of 300 words in the Exhibition Catalogue.
（2）、提供《参展商手册》，详细说明参展相关细则；
Provide the Exhibitors Manual with detailed information and instructions.
（3）、每个展位免费安排两人住宿和餐；
Hotel reservation service, price discount on appointed hotels.
（4）、协助举办研讨会，组织专业听众；
Seminar holding service, organizing professional audience.
（5）、提供大会参观券50张；
Provide 50 free visiting tickets of the conference and exhibition.
