MIDAS 2.22

Midas is a normalization and filtering tool used to process the raw data output from Spotfinder and prepare it for further analysis and data mining. An intuitive graphing system illustrates the effects of normalization with a variety of detailed plots. Midas will soon incorporate modules for microbial gene discovery from microarray-based comparative genome hybridization experiments (array CGH).
